Patna SP Vinay Tiwari claims that the probe has gone on halt because of forced quarantine. BMC has rejected the exemption request of SP Vinay Tiwari, further stating that the probe can be continued via internet.
The Supreme Court has also rapped Maharashtra government for quarantining Bihar Cop.
