DCP exclusively stated to Mirror Now that, ‘Sushant's father wanted a person named Miranda to be kept in police custody but never filed a formal complaint with the police, hence no action could be taken in this regard. I had asked him to file a written complaint but he didn't.
DCP Dahiya's response came a day after the family released screenshots of their WhatsApp conversations between the family members and the Mumbai DCP in February. However, DCP is silent on whether the top brass was informed or not.
