CBI did not interrogate then, In Sushant's death case, we are looking at a political situation being fought over the policeman's shoulder.
Sanjay Hedge, Senior Supreme Court Advocate, adds, there were deaths in Delhi riots, people were unhappy with the investigation. But they cannot ask the police of other states to investigate. There are certain procedures that need to be followed in law.
