After heavy rains were seen in Odisha’s Bhadrak district, Baitarani River in the North of the State touched the danger mark. The local authorities are monitoring the situation. In Chhattisgarh, flood-like situation was witnessed in the Sukma district after the area saw nonstop rains from the last five days.
In Jammu Kashmir’s Kathua district, a car was washed away in flash floods. The four-wheeler was travelling from Katli to Dheri region. As the Krishna river in Andhra Pradesh surges due to heavy rains, the residents in low-lying areas are been evacuated.
