Governance comes crashing down due to heavy rains. The bridge was washed away on the inauguration day. This is a clear case of corruption prevalent in the govt.
Odisha rain fury has caused the death of 17 people. Bihar's approach road worth Rs 509 crores has been washed away in the rains creating many problems. Wayanad and Konoor saw the use of poor quality material which caused the collapse of the bridge owing to heavy rains. In Jammu, a bridge connecting 200 villages has also been damaged. Haryana also faces the same issue.
