1:39Now PlayingThe Oxford University has given the go-ahead for UK COVID vaccine. The medicine health regulatory authority gives the green signal for resuming of the Oxford vaccine trials. On September 6, the trials had been temporarily halted after one of the volunteers had developed an unknown illness.
AstraZeneca which is one of the companies participating in the vaccine trials had put it on hold. After the U.K health regulators have given the green signal, the trials will resume. They say the vaccine is safe. However, the decision on vaccine trials in India is yet awaited. The Serum Institute had also put the trials on hold.
