1:57Now PlayingDelhi Riots case: The Supreme Court has taken up Facebook India MD Ajit Mohan's plea against the Delhi Assembly Panel notice over the Delhi riots. In the defense, the MD has pleaded that Facebook has not interfered with the Delhi Government proceedings panel and that he does not want to appear before the Delhi Government and that he is being dragged into the matter. The plea further states that a deputy secretary of the Delhi Government cannot decide the breach of privilege.
The FB MD has remarked, "Brazen violation of my fundamental rights." The organization on the other hand does not want its representative to appear in a political matter.
