4:07Now PlayingMaharashtra: Restaurants are allowed to remain open in Maharashtra from today onwards. In Mumbai, restaurants started opening up since morning following the precautionary measures mentioned by state govt.
Name, contact number and temperature of the customers are recorded at the entrance. Staffers are wearing masks gloves and other safety gears. Some restaurants are providing digital menu cards, alternate tables are cross marked to maintain social distancing.
As far as the footfall is concerned, the people in the business believe that it may take a couple of months for people to get used to dining out in Coronavirus times and accept the new normal. But some people have already started coming out to eat out in their favourite restaurants.
