Sachin Sawant said Police is carrying out this investigation after they got permission from Hon. Court. In 2018 FIR was filed against Goswami and two others but in 2019 it got closed. Why police recorded Mr.Goswami's statement in Mumbai and why he wasn't called to raid? If BJP is calling it emergency then why they remain silent when other journalists, writers, poet were attacked and sent to jail? Sawant further questions that why then CM and home minister Devendra Fadnavis gave justice to Naik family. Sawant also demanded the role of Police officials who were investigating this case and tried to hid the facts should be probed. Listen in to full interview of Sachin Sawant.
