This remark from the finance minster came after CAG questioned the constitutional validity of Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), a financial institution for infrastructure development in the Indian state of Kerala. Issac alleged that CAG is working under the influence of RSS which is creating obstruction in the development of the state. A controversy has ensued after this remark as CAG is yet to present the report before the assembly. The opposition slammed him for leaking the CAG report.
