Waheed Parra has recently filed his nomination for District Development Council elections from Pulwama in South Kashmir. His arrest statement was issued after he was interrogated at National Investigation Agency’s Headquarters since Monday.
NIA, in one of their statements, stated that ‘NIA arrested Waheed Ur Rehman Parra, the youth wing leader of People's Democratic Party, in connection with the Naveed Babu’.
