Calling out the provocation by China along the border amidst the coronavirus pandemic, he further stated that ‘Naturally, the relationship will be profoundly disturbed. The national sentiments for China have changed and India’s relationship with China has been damaged significantly’.
The minister spoke about the Galwan Valley incident and said ‘it is not surprising that something went horribly wrong’ when soldiers are so close to each other on the border.
