1:32Now PlayingAmid the surging standoff dispute between India and China, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has come out and slammed the Chinese Government, claiming that it is most difficult phase with China in the last 30-40 years.
Calling out the provocation by China along the border amidst the coronavirus pandemic, he further stated that ‘Naturally, the relationship will be profoundly disturbed. The national sentiments for China have changed and India’s relationship with China has been damaged significantly’.
The minister spoke about the Galwan Valley incident and said ‘it is not surprising that something went horribly wrong’ when soldiers are so close to each other on the border.
