2:51Now PlayingStudent Federation of India (SFI) has objected to the arrest of its member and President Srikanth in connection with the Kolar iPhone plant violence case. SFI says the arrest is politically motivated. SFI has also alleged that its member is arrested to conceal the violation of workers' laws which was under way at the plant. The student union took to Facebook to talk about the incident. They said SFI has nothing to do with the violence. The police are probing the violence that broke out at the manufacturing unit in Karnataka's Kolar district. 135 have been taken into custody in this case.
