2:14Now PlayingAfter a makeup artist and beauty influencer, Hithesha Chandranee, accused a Zomato delivery agent of assaulting her, the guy, identified as Kamraj, filed a counter complaint with Bengaluru's Electronic City police on Monday.
A case has been filed against Chandranee under sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 355 (assault or criminal force with intent to dishonour person, other than on grave provocation), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code, according to a senior police official. Police have filed a case against Kamaraj under IPC 325 (Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt) and 504 in response to Hithesha's complaint on March 10.
