5:20Now PlayingIn view of the unprecedented surge in COVID-19 cases, the Maharashtra Government has imposed tighter restrictions in the State starting from the midnight of 27th March. A gathering of more than 5 people will not be allowed from 8 pm to 7 am in morning. There will be tougher penalties for violating COVID-19 norms like not wearing masks, not maintaining social distancing, etc. Malls and restaurants also have to be shut down by 8 pm. A ban on holding of all types of gatherings, including political and religious is also announced. However, there will be no restriction on delivery of food in night hours.
