26:45Now PlayingOn The Urban Debate, Tanvi Shukla discusses the tragedy that is now unfolding in Goa. Amid the ongoing second wave of COVID-19, several states across the country reported a shortage of oxygen in several hospitals across the state, resulting in the deaths of many people. Goa has now also raised the SOS alarm and according to the opposition, as many as 76 deaths have taken place in the last 4 days due to a shortage of oxygen supply in the hospitals.
