The panel is in favor of the 30 x 30 x 40 formula. This states that 30% of the weight is for the class 10th and 11th final results, and 40% is for the 12th class pre-board examination. The panel has decided to take all the grades into account of the students, including the previous classes. The bench has been assembled, and the HC can declare the order at any moment. The court is looking for recommendations regarding the explanation given for the CBSE class 12th assessment formula.
