The F.I.R has been lodged in the Bijnor district of UP, and the complaint was made by the official’s brother, who claimed that the post had tarnished the family’s and the Secretary’s personal image. He also alleged that the Champat family was trying to grab land in Bijnor. The post has been accused of promoting enmity among different groups, cheating, and forgery.
