Total coronavirus cases in the state have reached 24.29 lakh, with 31,386 deaths. Even while the number of infections decreased in Maharashtra, they increased in Tamil Nadu earlier this month. The state election commission requested more time because electronic voting machines would need to be delivered from the Election Commission, and delimitation would need to be completed. Following the electoral body's pleas, the supreme court lifted the contempt portion of its order. Listen in!
