For a key all-party meeting, this is the first major outreach by the centre. J&K leaders since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019. Home Minister Amit Shah and Jammu and Kashmir lieutenant governors Manoj Sinha have already reached the prime minister's residence. National Conference's Farooq Abdullah, PDP's Mehbooba Mufti, Congress' Ghulam Nabi Azad, and other leaders of Jammu and Kashmir are also attending this meeting. A total of 14 leaders from Jammu and Kashmir have been invited to this meeting.
