In fact, the government had issued a revised SOP. After the high court order yesterday Uttarakhand govt earlier today had said that Yatra's first phase will start from 1st July but now it has postponed with immediate effect. Uttarakhand govt was claiming it initially that they will start Char Dham Yatra for the district of the state, that is Rudraprayag, Chamoli, and Uttarkashi, and the decision was made by the Uttarakhand cabinet on 25 June.
