1:34Now PlayingThe Union Health Ministry has published new instructions for delivering the COVID-19 vaccine to pregnant women, stating that pregnancy does not raise the risk of COVID-19 infection. As a result, the Union Ministry has recommended all pregnant women to register on the Co-WIN portal or register on the spot at a COVID-19 immunization center. The registration process for pregnant women is the same as it is for the general public, and it is done in accordance with the latest instructions supplied by the Union Health Ministry from time to time. The majority of pregnant women will be asymptomatic or have a moderate condition, but their health may quickly deteriorate, affecting the foetus as well.
