In Delhi, Delhi police filed FIR against Twitter allegedly allowing access to child pornography on the microblogging platform whereas the Madhya Pradesh Police also booked the Twitter India MD over the display of a distorted map of India on the platform. In this regard, Cyber Law Expert Pavan Duggal said, Individual FIRs are only the beginning of a process - where Indian law, though it may be slow, will take its time to move the wheels. Can we say that these legal cases a response to twitter's defiance?
