The Court has also said that it is time for the state government to make a policy decision on the reopening of shops. Especially when it comes to the unlocking process, the Kerala Government has to look into it because it's already a phase between the traders and the state government. During the lockdown process, the shops were free to open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the other days there was a strict lockdown in a place.
