The top court to examine the criteria adopted in different states on interim bail first. In fact, chief justice of India MV Ramana has said that Supreme Court is thinking of evolving a system to electronically transmit bail orders directly to prisons, so prisoner's authority will not delay the release of prisoners who are waiting for a certified copy of the order. The Supreme court also said that will ensure bail orders reach prison officials quickly. the court is very concerned about this matter.
