3:56Now PlayingDelhi: The Drug Control Department of Delhi has filed charges against former cricketer and BJP MP Gautam Gambhir's Foundation, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs Praveen Kumar and Imran Hussain for illegally purchasing, storing and distributing the drug Favipiravir and medical oxygen given to Corona patients. The complaint was filed on July 8 against Gautam Gambhir Foundation, its trustee and CEO, for allegedly violating section 18 (c) along with section 27 (b) (ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 was registered. These complaints were filed before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Prithu Raj. The Drug Controller Department in its order has also canceled the licenses of dealers selling medicines to the Foundation from July 14 to 23 for alleged violation of law.
