The Lieutenant Governor decided in the past, but the Delhi cabinet has decided that only a Delhi exclusive panel of lawyers selected by the government will take sides. Sisodia also said to the LG not to decide upon the matter that comes under the Delhi government. He added that abusing his veto power every day on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor to stop the government from working is to make a mockery of the democracy. In such cases, when you use your veto power, you also make fun of the Constitute and go against the Supreme Court's judgment.
