Muraleedharan moves motion to suspend Trinamool Congress member Shantanu Sen passed the motion seeking suspension for the remaining session for snatching papers from Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, tearing them into bits and throwing them in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday.
TMC MPs have come out and stated clearly that they were protesting and being abused in the legislature. It was only subsequently that an instance like this occurred. They expect the ruling party's members to face the same consequences as those who were involved in the Rajyasabha incident.
After the session was adjourned Ashwini Vaishnav, reacted by saying that The Trinamool Congress has brought in the 'violence culture' in the parliament from West Bengal.
Mahua Moitra, TMC MP rebutted the opposition by saying that they have been encouraging snooping culture from Gujarat.
