The CPM workers maltreated a medical officer named Sharad Chandra Bose. The dispute arose over the mishandling of the Covid Vaccines. The vaccination process began in the afternoon, where there were about 150 vaccines that were to be given in around 15 centers. The Panchayat president approached the vaccination Centre and asked the doctor to distribute the vaccine according to their list of people. The health officials refuted the list, which leads to a verbal brawl between the CPM workers and the medical staff.
