The Union government has issued advisories to states with a positivity rate above 10%. The Central government urged the state governments and administrations to ramp up testing, increase restrictions and also ramp up health infrastructure in the rural areas of the state. According to experts, the second wave has still not receded from all parts of the country. It is imperative to keep a lid on the increasing number of cases to prevent any further outbreaks for a third wave. Listen in!
