Due to the trouble in the company Kumar Mangalam Birla, chairman and promoter of the company wrote a letter to the government sayin that he is willing to give up his stake as it is the only option available in order to save the company from an irretrievable financial collapse. 'The company has undergone a sharp deterioration and we have tried all other methods to uphold it. 25 Thousands Crore Rupees were raised to sustain the oppression but that to failed to work to pay government's dues', said Kumar Mangalam.
