The slogans were allegedly calling for violence against minority communities. A case was registered against him on Monday after a video showing anti-Muslim slogans being raised during a protest at Jantar Mantar surfaced on social media. The Delhi Court had remanded Ashwini Upadhyay and 3 other accused to a 2-day judicial custody. The bail has been granted on a personal bond of Rs.50,000.
