He states that no quality of debate affects legal work. He expresses that he feels sorry for the state of affairs and that the court can not fathom the objective of law without debate. A lot of mitigation has arisen. Creating lots of ambiguity, leaving no clarity in-laws now. On the other hand, he has also highlighted that the parliamentary debates post-independence was illuminating. The recent chaos and ruckus in the monsoon season's parliamentary session has attracted much attention. The CJI has also reflected upon the poor implementation of a democratic debate setup.
