2:49Now PlayingThe Supreme Court has put up SEBI's plea against SAT's order in a Rs 4Cr equity capital raise by PNB Housing Finance after 2 weeks. The Supreme Court has also pointed out that the matter relating to appointments in tribunals will be coming up on Monday. It is also being highlighted how diverting opinions were passed earlier by the two members of the SAT. PNB Housing Finance has now pressed for quitting of the resolution. The top court further observed that they are waiting for the government's take in regards to the appointments on Monday.
