Bhupendra Patel has been assigned as the new Chief Minister of Gujarat by the BJP central team in Ahmedabad today. Continuous resignations of chief ministers from BJP ruling states have erupted a debate where opposition is calling it a governance failure but the state ruling party BJP is saying that it is an internal democracy. It was initially decided that the central team of BJP will choose and announce the name of the new CM and hence reached Ahmedabad for the formal announcement of the same. Bhupendra Patel who has been appointed as the new CM is also an MLA from Ghatlodia in Gujarat. Listen in for more.
