The court came down heavily on the Mundra port authorities, asking them how the consignment of heroin reached the port and was the authorities were kept in dark?? Furthermore, the court also questioned the SOP for checking the incoming containers at the port. Times Network's Amit reports that the investigation was being conducted by DRI and Customs department and the Special Court has now sought a response from DRI as well in regards to the heroin consignment which reached the Mundra port in Gujarat.
