The chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) will lead the probe involving the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) against individuals and corporate entities named in the Pandora Papers media investigation. The Centre will monitor the probe through a multi-agency probe group. Post-investigation action will be taken under the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015.
