After the ED's 'collusion' claim, the Supreme Court mandates an immediate transfer. The Supreme Court has also asked the Delhi Police Commissioner to conduct an investigation into the matter. Since August 2017, Ajay and his brother Sanjay Chandra have been detained in Tihar jail on charges of siphoning money from homebuyers.
