The public has expressed its disappointment towards the central government. The common public has raised their concerns over the fuel price hike and laments the hike of such a basic commodity which has become very difficult for the common man to cope up with. Petrol's price has risen to 101.89 per litre in Chennai while diesel rises to 97.69 rupees per litre. In Mumbai, petrol rises to 110.41 per litre, whereas diesel price has risen to 101.03 rupees per litre. Fuel cost continues to hike for seven days straight.
