Former attorney journal Rohtagi defends Aryan Khan and argued on behalf of the accused in court. Rohtagi said that there is no solid evidence to prove that Shah Rukh Khan's son consumed drugs at the cruise party on 3rd of the October and no drugs recovered from him as well. Rohtagi mentioned that there is no medical report that proves that Aryan Khan was under the influence of drugs. He also argued that the Whatsapp chat recovered by the Narcotics Control Bureau is not related to the cruise party and is very old. Hence, the NCB has no specific evidence against Aryan Khan in this case. Bollywood megastar's son Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on the 3rd of October while an onboard raid on a cruise ship that was on a two-day tour from Mumbai to Goa.
