This Mumbai civil negligence has raged the common man with growing cases of pothole deaths without any government attention or solution. As per reports a pit was dug for repair work and left open. 2 children ell in that 10-foot deep water-filled hole. This is yet another case of sheer negligence and apathy. There were no warnings or barricades put up near the dangerous site to prevent an accident. The incident was reported from the Antop hill of south Mumbai.
