The Bombay High Court in a hearing states that the basic investigation work, in this case, was not done, which leaves the Narcotics Control Bureau high and dry. Additionally, the HC, also dubs the WhatsApp chats recovered innocuous, as there was nothing objectionable identified in the chats.
