The restrictive measures of schools and colleges which were shut down since November 13, now come to an end today. Citizens to step out while the air remains toxic. The Capital's overall air quality still remains under the 'very poor' category. Ban on construction, and demolition activities have also been taken under consideration as the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced aid for workers hit by the ban. Pollution in the NCR continues to chock and shows no signs of recovery, yet there seems to be no respite for the citizens.
