Reportedly the OPD services have been shit down, and now patients have started to get affected by this and suffering. This protest was sparked by the disagreement between the doctors and Centre over the NEET PG counselling. The doctors have accused the government of failing to take action despite making repeated assurances. Meanwhile, the patients are suffering as the OPD services are being hit. Additionally, the emergency services have also been boycotted in several districts including the Safdarjung Hospital.
