2:18Now PlayingThe offices of major crypto service providers were raided across the country today after the headquarters of Wazirx, India's largest crypto exchange was raided because of alleged tax evasion. The raids are being conducted by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence. Yesterday, the Mumbai GST Commissioner had detected Rs 40.5 crore of GST evasion by Wazirx, which is the largest name in the crypto scene of India. What remains to be seen is whether the offices of other crypto service providers reveal any potential tax and GST evasion.
