6:47Now PlayingNawab Malik, a Maharashtra minister from NCP, launched a new attack on the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday, stating that an NCB officer known as a 'panch' signed back-dated panchnama papers in a case. Malik's remarks came only days after the NCB petitioned the Bombay High Court to have his son-in-bail law's in a drug case revoked. He goes on to argue that the NCB's deception continues, citing the way officials have fabricated cases by obtaining witness signatures on blank paperwork and accusing people of fraudulent cases. To correct the situation, the panchs are now being summoned to sign back-dated panchnama paperwork.
