A woman is also being detained in Uttarakhand. The first incident of this nature happened in July where an app called Sulli posted pictures of hundreds of Muslim women. The case of Bulli Bai is being probed by Mumbai as well as Delhi police. Chinmoy Biswal, DCP, Delhi police say, "This matter is being handled seriously an FIR has also been filed.
