A major disaster was averted after a pushback tractor caught fire at the Mumbai airport today. The vehicle was supposed to tow flight. It was towing Air India flight AI-647. No injuries or damages were reported in the incident. It was a narrow escape for 85 passengers on board. Aviation regulators orders probe into the matter. "The fire was extinguished on time averting a major accident. We must compliment the people on-site who responded quickly," says Air Commodore B. S.
