Dr Arora spoke on the ongoing rise in Covid cases across the country and said that 'efforts are being made to improve vaccines.' He also added that 'booster shots for all is likely to be started in the country in three months.' He also added that 'current vaccines do not curb the spread of the virus but prevent severe disease.' India started precautionary doses or booster doses on January 10th for health workers and senior citizens with co-morbidities.
