2:12Now PlayingOn Tuesday, a UK court ordered fugitive economic offender Vijay Mallya and his family to be evicted from their luxurious London home, a stunning setback for the ailing businessman. Mallya and his family will be ejected from the five-star hotel, including his son Sidhartha and mother Lalitha. The 65-year-old problematic businessman's premium property Cornwall Terrace flat in London, which overlooks Regent's Park, will reportedly be purchased by Swiss bank UBS. The London property was mortgaged to UBS in 2012 as collateral for a five-year loan of 20.4 million pounds by Rose Capital Ventures, based in the British Virgin Islands and owned by a Mallya family trust. The loan was set to expire in 2017, but the outstanding payments were not made.
